Shipping:

Blue Ocean Traders has a $500 order minimum.

Shipments will arrive via common carrier.

If you need a lift gate or a call ahead please request it when placing your order.

Blue Ocean Traders tries to keep freight charges at about 20%. Shipping that is going to run 25% or higher will need customer approval before shipping.

Returns:

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery

Breakage must be reported immediately.
